What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to software and services rendered by Raidboss, Inc (referred as We), including Raidboss web panel, Raidboss addon for Slack, Raidboss addon for Jira Cloud, Raidboss addon for MS Teams (collectively, the Services), informational websites located on raidboss.io and its subdomains, and other interactions (e.g., support requests). If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services and websites.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party software that integrates with the Services through API and host products for Raidboss addons (Slack, Jira Cloud, MS Teams).

In order to provide you with fully functional and useful software we collect several pieces of personal information from your input or automatically.
Depending on the way you are using the Services we collect different types of personal information as follows.

Standalone web panel
- Email
- First and second name
- Avatar
- Information about your device (including web browser, IP address, time zone)
- Information about the visits of web pages of the Services

Slack addon
- Email (only if you are the person who installed the addon)
- First and second name
- Avatar

Jira Cloud addon
- Email (only if you are the person who manages the license status of the addon)
- First and second name
- Avatar
- Information about your device (including web browser, IP address, time zone)
- Information about the visits of web pages of the Services

MS Teams addon
- First and second name
- Avatar
- Information about your device (including web browser, IP address, time zone)
- Information about the visits of web pages of the Services

Demo/Support requests
Additionally, phone number is collected if you provide us with it during form submissions on the website.

Information about your browser, IP address and time zone can be automatically collected by Google Analytics. You can explicitly do an opt-out here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Please note that we do not alter our Services data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
How we use information
Depending on the way you are using the Services the information is used in one of the following categories:
- To provide the Services and personalize your experience
- To communicate with you about the Services
- To drive engagement with the Services
- To reply to customer support and demo requests
- For safety and security in order to verify your requests
- As required by applicable law, legal process or regulation


How we share information
We care about the safety of any sensitive information at the highest level.
Therefore, We don't share information about your name, email address and avatar with any third-party with the following exemptions:
- With your explicit opt-in We can initiate delivery of an email letter to your email address via MailChimp service
- With your explicit consent We can publish your review or testimonial on our website (including name, avatar, company name)
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information We collect about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, follow to Contact us section below.
Additionally, note that We are collecting your information in order to fulfill contracts We might have with you, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe (to the data center in the United States).

There are some additional rights that may be available to consumers from California under the California Consumer Protection Act (referred as CCPA).

Raidboss doesn't sell your personal information.

Children's Privacy
The Services are not designed to be used by individuals younger than 18 years old.
If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please let us know accordingly to the Contact us section below.

We will retain the information collected within terms described in the Information we collect section for our records unless and until you ask us to delete or update this information.
Privacy for Jira Cloud addon

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
